Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, software, and services provided by Corex Operational System LLC, a Texas limited liability company located at 1401 Hester Crossing Road, Apt 4307, Round Rock, TX 78681 ("Corex", "we", "us", or "our"), including without limitation Corex Academy at corexacademy.app and any related products (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately at contact@corexos.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Products and Services
Corex provides online business education ("Corex Academy"), SaaS software for service businesses ("Corex platform"), and consulting services. Specific features, content, and pricing for each product are described on our website at the time of purchase.
3.1 Course content
Corex Academy includes pre-recorded video lessons, written materials, homework assignments, downloadable resources, and access to community features. Content is delivered progressively over the duration of your subscription.
3.2 Platform access
Each student receives 30 days of complimentary access to the Corex platform as part of course enrollment. Continued access requires a separate subscription.
4. Payment and Billing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- One-time purchases grant lifetime access to the course content unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.
5. Refund Policy
14-day refund window. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the course, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the content.
To request a refund, email contact@corexos.app with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. After the 14-day window, all sales are final.
6. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Corex grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services and content for your own personal or business education.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any course content.
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access content through your account.
- Resell, license, or repurpose course content as your own product.
- Use the Services to build a competing product.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Services.
All trademarks, logos, course materials, software, and other content remain the exclusive property of Corex or its licensors.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (homework, comments, etc.) but grant Corex a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. We will not publicly publish your homework or personal submissions without your consent, except for anonymized examples or testimonials you explicitly authorize.
8. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Corex including transactional notifications (payment confirmations, course updates, homework reminders) and, if separately opted-in, marketing messages.

- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Interfere with the operation of the Services or other users' access.
- Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent your identity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business outcomes will result from following our materials. Your success depends on your own efforts, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.
Earnings disclaimer: Any income examples, case studies, or financial results shown on our website refer to specific individuals or businesses and are not guarantees of similar results. Cleaning, like any business, involves risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corex's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corex Operational System LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends, but provisions that should reasonably survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
